The primary bath is conceived as a spa environment engineered at the same level as the architecture that precedes it. Large-format Calacatta marble—prized for its luminous white background and dramatic veining, and long regarded as the pinnacle of luxury stone—is selected slab by slab to establish visual continuity and balance.
These are not surface treatments, but structural materials, specified at a minimum thickness of one and one-quarter inches (1¼”) to deliver durability, permanence, and a substantial feel under hand and foot.
Finishes are chosen with intent. Polished stone amplifies light and spatial clarity, enhancing the natural brightness and sense of openness. Where restraint is preferred, honed or satin finishes soften reflections, offering a quieter, more modern expression without sacrificing luxury. Every surface is resolved to eliminate visual noise—no excess ornament, no unnecessary seams, no compromise in execution.
The result is not a decorative bathroom, but a calibrated environment. Stone, glass, light, and proportion work together to remove friction from the day. Silence is designed in. Permanence is assumed.
Where the Anchor Suite is inward-focused, the Heaven's Gate kitchen is outward-facing,
designed for performance, presence, and longevity without visual excess.

The Heaven’s Gate Kitchen is executed with the same discipline as the Anchor Suite - not as a collection of appliances, but as a fully integrated architectural environment. Where the suite is inward-facing and restorative, the kitchen is outward-facing and performative, engineered for daily use, longevity, and restraint.
At its core are Wolf professional-grade dual-fuel ranges, widely regarded as the gold standard for serious home chefs. With up to 25,000 BTU burners, precision convection ovens, and signature red knobs, performance is uncompromising yet visually controlled. Power is assumed, not announced.
Refrigeration is anchored by Sub-Zero, known for its dual-compressor technology that independently manages refrigeration and freezing to maintain optimal temperature and humidity. Fully panel-ready appliances integrate seamlessly into custom Erazo cabinetry, preserving material continuity and visual calm. Cove dishwashers complete the working core, operating near-silently with specialized cleaning modes designed for performance without presence.
Custom Erazo cabinetry is built, not ordered, fabricated to architectural tolerances to deliver warmth, durability, and cohesion. Above, custom-crafted Erazo hoods serve as sculptural focal points: handcrafted, one-of-a-kind elements designed specifically for the residence.
Hidden technologies - integrated coffee systems, concealed appliances, unified panels ensure advanced functionality without visual interruption.
This is not a showroom kitchen. It is an architectural commission built to perform, endure, and disappear into daily life.
