The Foundry

The Anchor Suite + Kitchen

Anchor Suite - From $325,000

A Private Retreat Defined by Depth, Contrast, and Composure.

Primary Bedroom

Rest, shaped by shadow and weight.

The Foundry approaches rest as a condition of grounding rather than escape. Where other suites may open outward, this space draws inward designed to quiet the room, slow the body, and establish presence through material and proportion.

Deep-toned architectural planes, dense upholstery, and warm, directional lighting create enclosure without heaviness. Illumination is deliberate and indirect, softening edges and reducing visual noise. Surfaces absorb rather than reflect, allowing the room to feel composed, controlled, and deeply personal.

This is not a bedroom designed to perform.

It is designed to hold you.

Custom Dressing Gallery

A private gallery, composed in rhythm and restraint.

The dressing environment in The Foundry is conceived as an extension of architecture, not a separate function. Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, integrated lighting, and dark-stained woods establish a gallery cadence - each element revealed gradually, intentionally.

Glass-front storage, concealed drawers, and tailored compartments are configured to your wardrobe, not a template. Materials are selected for tactility and longevity, while lighting is tuned to flatter texture and color without glare, preserving clarity, calm, and visual discipline throughout the space.

This is a space for ritual, not rush.

Designed for order, privacy, and quiet confidence.

The Suite Culminates,

It Deepens.

The primary bath is conceived not as a luxury feature, but as a forged enclosure where stone, steam, and shadow are brought into balance with the same discipline as the spaces before it. This is not a decorative shift, but a physical one. The structure steadies. Material leads.

Oversized marble surfaces establish mass and continuity, each slab chosen for depth rather than pattern. Movement within the stone is controlled, never ornamental - used to ground the room and introduce tension without excess. Material thickness is deliberate, specified for endurance, thermal density, and weight under hand and foot.

Glass partitions are uninterrupted and spare, allowing surfaces to read uninterrupted and structural. Drainage is concealed, hardware is minimized, and alignment is exact so the room feels constructed, not composed. Nothing distracts. Nothing asserts itself.

Illumination is subdued and directional. Recessed sources and integrated mirror glow soften contrast and reduce reflection. Polished stone is reserved for moments of expansion; honed surfaces dominate where stillness is required.

Fixtures are chosen for durability and mechanical honesty - substantial, grounded, and engineered with precision. Every action is restrained.

This is not a retreat disguised as luxury. It is spatially resolved.

Stillness is intentional. The suite does not conclude - it holds.

The Same Discipline Carries Forward.

Different expression. Same control.

Where the Anchor Suite turns inward, The Foundry's kitchen is outward-facing

designed for performance, presence, and longevity without visual excess.

Kitchen - From $175,000

The Foundry — A Working Environment Forged for Presence.

Structure Holds.

Life Moves Through It.

In The Foundry, the kitchen is neither retreat nor theater - it is a working core. Outward-facing and grounded, it is shaped by material honesty and operational clarity. This is an environment designed to host, to gather, and to endure use without softening its edge.

Concrete, steel, stone, and darkened woods establish weight and permanence. Surfaces are unapologetically tactile. Proportions are resolved for movement, not display. Performance is embedded rather than announced, allowing the space to remain calm even under use.

This is architecture that does not ask for permission.

It supports daily life, absorbs momentum, and carries it forward.

High-performance appliances are fully integrated and architecturally resolved. Sub-Zero refrigeration and ZLINE Autograph Edition ranges function as infrastructure, concealed within custom Erazo cabinetry. Ventilation is addressed through bespoke Erazo hoods, fabricated as sculptural elements calibrated for power without visual dominance.

Cabinetry is entirely custom-built, with interiors designed for use rather than display. Concealed storage, tailored organizers, and specialized zones - coffee stations, butler’s pantries, wet bars, and expansive islands support both intensity and flow. Set within a massive open-plan living and dining environment, the kitchen commands scale, framed by multi-directional views and finished to balance industrial heritage with refined luxury.
